Demi graduated in 2019 from Minnesota State University Moorhead, with Bachelor's degree for Animation, and certificate in Sequential Art. During her senior year, she worked as a video intern for MSUM's Marketing and Communications department. She created YouTube videos, and animations for the University.  While Demi considers herself a Jack-of-All-Trades when it comes to art, She has found that she prefers to create Digital Illustrations, Medical Illustrations, and 2D Animations.

When she isn’t drawing, Demi likes to read, play video games, and get lost in fantasy novels. Most of course are fantasy centered.
